New Delhi: Shefin Jahan, whose marriage with Akhila alias Hadiya was annulled by the Kerala High Court, has moved the Supreme Court seeking to cancel the National Investigation Agency's (NIA) probe into the incident. In his petition, Shefin has requested the court to direct the state police chief to produce Hadiya in Supreme Court. He has also submitted that since an investigation by the state police is already going on, the investigation by the NIA should be withdrawn.
