Recap: Client called us from a google search. Our initial bid was for $20k and we discussed this was more than the client expected after discussing the budget we settled on $14K plus $2000 in supplies/materials and this was accepted immediately. The company then asked us to remove the hydraulic coverings as the machinery had to pass inspection to ship overseas. This was negotiated hourly and we charged an additional $7200 bringing the total to $23,200. After completion and inspection they asked us to remove electrical sheaths to clean inside them. This was billed for an additional $2600 and will be added on the tower cleaning bill occurring this week - they asked us to clean the towers and four more large pieces of equipment. Upon completion the company added a $5000 bonus for the hard work. They had fired 15 pressure washing companies before our two companies came in.

Total $28,200 in 2 weeks with 2 crews on site.
Hourly rate $352.50 total
Per Crew $176.25
Per man hour $78.33

Our burner was on the way for one truck before this job came up and was delayed. So we rented a hot water trailer once the contract was signed. After the burner arrived we installed it on the truck over the weekend and returned the hot water trailer after a week.

We had to scrape, scrub, and dispose of multiple bags of oil and grease covered dirt. To do this reach out to the proper location (recycle plants or oil disposal facilities) to dispose of it properly. Fee $255. After scraping we applied citrus oil buster straight with pump sprayers. Then scrubbed more. We then rinsed with hot water using green tips and turbo nozzles as needed.

We used Citrus Oil buster on this project. The site manager was so impressed by it he ordered a 55 gallon drum of it for his teams to use on site for their smaller trucks and machinery.
