This is the First Full (of Many) Non-Anime MEP that were hosting from our X5 Channel, For this Project we have teamed up with WhiteTigress9000
   / whitetigress9000  
to host with us.The Theme of this Multiple editor project is Drama and Emotion, as always Action is cool to. We plan to create more then one version of this MEP. We also plan to keep this Multiple editor project open until the end of Summer. All parts are first come first serve. Please try to tell us the animation you will use for your parts.There are 9 (large) Parts for this MEP, The Video Intro "First 35 seconds of the song" We will use to create the Openings for all the versions of these MEPs.we have separated the song into 9 parts. Each of the parts are set in exact precise seconds this project is or everyone, No matter the program you use!

Hurricane MEP Rules
1. Must be made by you, obviously. No stealing amvs/source clips.
2. No Anime or Games, US Animation is all welcome.
3. Each AMV Artist can have Two parts .
4. Post your video as a video response and be prepared to upload it
to Megaupload/OR some other site so we can download and get IT.
5. Your part must be the exact seconds that we have put in this video.
If you add more on ether side it will be transitioned or CUT.
6. No Duplicate Animation "Please tell us what you plan to use".
7. Stick to the Beats and lyrics as best as you can!
8. Deadline is September 2011 (or as fast as you can please)
