In this short video I show how to change the gameplay settings in The Outlast Trials so you can customize head bobbing, item visibility delays and auto-creep behavior. We open the Settings menu, go to the Journal tab and use the Gameplay section to toggle head bobbing on or off, enable or disable Hide Items After Delay, and turn Auto-Creep Items when picked up. These quick adjustments help reduce motion sickness, control item clutter and make the game feel more comfortable for your play style. Follow the steps, hit Apply, then exit to save your changes.
