Green Valley Ranch is located in the southeast side of town in the city of Henderson. Here are some stats from single family homes when we filmed in mid-February:

There are only 31 currently available listings with a median price of $555,555. The lowest listed price is $280k and highest is $1.7M. Henderson is an emerging luxury market. Of the homes sold in January over $1M, 38% of the homes came from Henderson compared to 33% in Summerlin.
