Remedies- Practical and Astrological both

1.Understand a fact that anxiety is based in imagined fearful future and in reality things are quite different what you imagine. You don’t know the future and don’t control it also so if something has to happen it will happen, only thing which you can do is live in present and make best use of it. Constantly make your self remember this fact.
2.Face your genuine fears one at a time. It will give you a practical understanding that you were fearing unnecessarily. It takes a lot of time to do it.
3.Stop seeking unnecessary social validation and approval of people. It repairs your emotional fragility.
4.Stop living in the past and holding grudges against people. Forgive in silence and move on.
5.Try to live in calm environment as much as possible. Stay away from mean, critical and toxic people no matter how close they are to you. Try to be in a good company.
6.Sit in calm peaceful place for 30 minutes at least everyday and try to not think anything. Listen to soothing music if you want.
7.Do the anulom vilom pranayama slowly and then meditate on OM for 15-20 minutes.
8.Pursue your hobbies seriously for self pleasure and engagement.
9.Wear silver chain with a solid silver ball in the neck on Monday after moonrise.
10.Can wear 1, 2, 7 and 9 Mukhi Rudraksha.
11.Worship Shivaling daily. Recite the mantras- Om Gan Ganpataye Namah, Om Namah Shivaya and Om Dum Durgaye Namah 108 times each. Worship Shiva and Shakti with devotion.
12.Donate dairy products on Monday, sweets on Friday and green vegetables on Wednesday.
13.Can keep pets if you are comfortable. Serve animals in any way possible.
14.Don’t take caffeine and junk foods very frequently. Drink water in good quantity.
15.Wear iron ring in smallest finger of right hand on a Wednesday morning.
16.Read Om Gan Ganpataye Namah (108), Ganesh Atharvasheesh, Om Aing hreem kleem chamundaye vichche (108), Durga Kawach and Om Kleem Krishnaye Namah (108).
17. Donate green moong and green vegetables on Wednesday.
