A great Walk to Fethiye's incredible park, tiring but wow! Restaurants, cafes and stunning views!

Walking Fethiye's promenade was just a delight. This stunning Turkish town is really something else. My target was to reach the stunning park they have but on the way investigate the promenade.
It did not disappoint!
I took a slow walk and saw some amazing things. Follow me on the journey. I passed so many stunning 5 star restaurants, cafes, marinas, parks, tea house's and on the way i had the beautiful Fethiye bay to my left. How beautiful it was! If you are on holiday in any of the resorts of Hisaronu, Olu Deniz, Ovacik, Calis or indeed Fethiye itself you need to visit this park i eventually got too.
Put this park on your bucket list!
I passed so many restaurants, one even had it's own private beach. Awesome!
Weather i was on the promenade or on the Cycle lane there was always something going on. I even got to feed the birds at the hello Bufe.
But the main reason for today was to walk to Fethiye bey park. A huge area that has approximately 3 children's play areas that are huge with so many un usual apparatus. They were all loving it. It has a huge skateboard park, a basketball court, rivers running through the whole park, stylish horses, food canteen, hammock areas, statues everywhere and let's not forget the many windmills and water wheels. A really unusual park and guess what? It is FREE.
Just past the park is Duck island were again it is the most stunning setting with wildlife all around.
The park has it's own promenade also with seating areas everywhere facing the beautiful bay of Fethiye.
You can walk this promenade or hire bicycles or scooters if your a little more energetic. The bicycle lane runs through the park.
So, get yourself to Turkey and especially the Fethiye area and marvel at it's beauty!
