Dr. Jikui Song of the University of California, Riverside, discusses the biochemical and functional aspects of the R882H mutation in the DNMT3A gene, which has been identified as a cause of Tatton Brown Rahman Syndrome and, independently, as a driver of acute myeloid leukemia. He presented this work at The TBRS Community's Collaborative Research Network conference held November 12 and 13, 2020.
