In this video I introduce the 3 new colors from the Agogie Resistance Pants line. These resistance pants have been great to use during my workouts.

The Agogie Resistance Pants don't compare to any other workout leggings on the market.  In this Agogie Resistance Pants review I also show a variety of workouts that can be done to make the pants most effective. It's very important you get your proper size and you wear these resistance pants correctly or they will not be effective.

There are 8 resistance bands built in the liner of the pants that add tension to each movement especially when doing strength training or cardiovascular activities.

I feel the effects from these pants moreso after my workout as opposed to during the workout. The Agogie pants have proven to be a great addition to my workouts when I want to add that extra push.
