Ryan Berns and John Walker discuss John's journey with lacrosse. John was surrounded by lacrosse at an early age. He battled injuries and other challenges to ultimately play and coach lacrosse at the highest level. John talks about how leaders are selfless and ultimately want the most out of the individuals they are leading. They set standards and hold one another accountable. John shares how lacrosse has effected his life and which skills he has brought from the sport to the "real world". We discuss how those that are successful are the ones that have strong character, they do what they are supposed to do when no one is watching, they hold integrity, they surround themselves with other leaders.

Lacrosse has empowered young players around the country to follow their dreams. We discuss how the next generation can prove their maturity to collegiate coaches and earn a spot on any roster. We are extremely fortunate to have John share his story with our community and can't wait to see what he accomplishes next.
