Pendle Way In A Day 2024 | Pendle Hill Ultra Marathon

Pendle Way Run in a day.

45 miles of tough slog through lots of mud, with a great elevation of some 7,700 feet, on the coldest weekend of the year!

I underestimated how tough this event would be; but most of that was not realizing just what an utter mud fest it was going to be!

The Pendle Way race was interesting, with sharp turns, little pathways and lots of stepping stones, and of course the area is famous historically because of the Pendle Witches, which made it quite an interesting place to run around.
