Ethics and Reputation Society (TEİD)'s 170 corporate members renewed their signature to the TEİD's Integrity Pledge at the "TEID Member Meeting" ceremony held online on Feb 9th, 2022. This Integrity Pledge was signed by all corporate members of the Ethics and Reputation Society for the first time in 2012.

The TEİD Integrity Pledge Signature is considered as Turkey’s biggest cross-sectoral collective action initiative.

About Gemma Aiolfi Head of Compliance, Corporate Governance and Collective Action, Basel Institute on Governance (Switzerland)

Gemma Aiolfi has been the Head of Compliance, Corporate Governance and Collective Action at the Basel Institute on Governance since July 2013.

She previously served as Legal Counsel to the Integrity Department ABB AG in Oerlikon Zurich, Ms. Aiolfi worked at UBS AG, the Swiss Bank as Global Head of Anti-Corruption Whilst employed by the OECD’s Working Group on Bribery in International Business Transactions she was seconded to work at the University of Basel, where she helped to establish the Basel Institute on Governance and worked with the Chairman of the OECD Working Group, Prof. Mark Pieth.

Ms Aiolfi qualified as a barrister after studying Law at the London School of Economics. Postgraduate law studies were undertaken at Basel and Stockholm Universities. She is a member of the board of Ethics and Compliance Switzerland and was an external council adviser to the board of Graña y Montero, Peru, and is a member of the OECD’s Steering Committee on Trust in Business.

Contributor and author on the topic of anti-corruption compliance and Collective Action, her most recent publication is a book on Anti-Corruption Compliance – A guide for small and mid-sized organizations, published by Edward Elgar UK.
