What Happened To Rocco Fridge After Shark Tank.
Rocco, a sleek, smart beverage fridge designed to blend beautifully into any living space.
Instead of hiding in the kitchen, Rocco is made to stand out—with style. It doubles as a modern bar cart, fits cans, wine, and even champagne, and features a top you can actually serve drinks from. With a 16-inch slim frame, it sits flush against the wall and looks more like designer furniture than a home appliance.
Rocco is packed with high-end tech: an ultra-quiet compressor, dual temperature zones, fully extendable shelves, and a patent-pending “Sight System” that lets users see inside the fridge from anywhere through the Rocco app. Perfect for checking drink inventory while you’re at the grocery store.
The idea came from Sam’s own frustration. While traveling for work, he noticed that mini-fridges in rental apartments were always outdated and clunky. That inspired him to create a better alternative. He later teamed up with Alyse, a branding and marketing expert, who shared the same vision of bringing elegance and innovation to everyday appliances.
On the show, Sam and Alyse revealed that each unit costs $575 to manufacture and sells for $1,795. They asked for $600,000 in exchange for 3% equity—valuing the company at $20 million.
Kevin O’Leary offered $600,000 for 10%, but the founders declined. Then Lori Greiner made her move: $600,000 for 4% equity, plus a $50 royalty per unit until $900,000 is paid back. They accepted her deal.
Since airing, the deal with Lori has fueled growth. Website traffic spiked, and demand surged. Rocco is now profitable, generating an estimated $6 million in annual revenue, with a projected 10% growth rate.
