Earlier this year, a group of six couples committed themselves to their relationship and joined our 6-month mastermind program; sharing immersive experiences such as our breath enhancement training, our performance under pressure workshop, a virtual reality session like no other, a deep dive into their own values and personal philosophy, and multiple workshops around personal beliefs and growth.

Their world-class performance coaches were Brett & Mari Robbo.

To bring this program to a close, together we shared a beautiful 3 day retreat at SOMA in the Byron Bay hinterland, which included a pool-based breath training session, a cacao ceremony, some final workshops and of course, a banquet of food by the wonderful Life Harvest.

This retreat was the end of the program, but the beginning of a chapter of much more connection and fulfilment for the couples who attended.
