Seems like after the update today the bug no longer happens. I can use my SPX again without the game crashing. I will leave the video up in case anyone else gets a loadout bug and this resolution fixes it.

First, I would like to thank the community involved in locating this issue. Not even Activision support could figure it out even with all the information I had given them about it being loadout related. This fix could not be located without the help of @leomramos5737, @choxye437, @themadmix5893, and the dedicated users in the comments.

TEMP FIX - The bug is related to the SPX, Not sure if it is the gun, a skin, or an attachment. If you hover over this gun the game will crash. Do not set this gun as your favorite or you will not be able able to access the weapons tab. If you already have it as a favorite then navigate to the customization tab, select my bundles, open a bundle that has a weapon, set that gun as your favorite (personally I restarted the game after this). Now you can go to the weapons screen and make sure you do not hover over any other classes with the SPX. You can duplicate working classes and override the broken class.

Let us hope they have a permanent fix soon so we can use our guns again.

Every time I go to the loadout/weapons tab the game crashes. I have started in safe mode, scanned and repaired, reinstalled the game, and went as far as to install the game on a completely different computer. The same issue occurs each time. If I start the game and go directly to the weapons tab it will crash, If I jump into a game it will load the game up and as soon as it asks for my loadout selection the game crashes. This has been an issue since the update and I haven't had this problem prior. Error details below --
