PLA की दिलचस्पी उन क्षेत्रों में है, जहां से दुनिया का बड़ा समुद्री व्यापार गुजरता है, जैसे होरमुज स्ट्रेट, मलक्का स्ट्रेट और अफ्रीका व मिडिल ईस्ट के स्ट्रैटेजिक पाइंट्स. वहीं दूसरी तरफ क्या बांग्लादेश में तारिक रहमान को अगला प्रधानमंत्री बनाने की तैयारी चल रही है। पिछले कुछ दिनों से अहम संकेत मिलने लगे हैं। पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री खालिदा जिया के बेटे और बांग्लादेश नेशनलिस्ट पार्टी (BNP) के सीनियर नेता तारिक रहमान करीब दो दशक बाद देश लौट रहे हैं। सवाल उठ रहे हैं कि क्या फरवरी में होने वाले चुनाव से पहले बीएनपी, तारिक रहमान को अपना प्रधानमंत्री उम्मीदवार घोषित करने वाली है?
