Winter Wellness Diaries : how i'm dealing with seasonal depression, weekly reset and some self care

Welcome to the first episode of winter wellness diaries. With the colder months brings seasonal depression. This is something I find myself suffering with every winter season and I'm finally figuring out some rituals to beat it this time around. I find it very difficult to stay positive , motivated and just happy in general. With that being said, I needed to start with a clean slate so I did some much needed deep cleaning to reset for the week .With a weekly reset comes some time to squeeze in some self care as well , so I did everything that made me happy whether that was catching up on my favorite show , some face mask and just sipping on a good cup of tea.
