Three Trail Saturday with just two Jeeps

Well, I think the forecasted 110 degree weather scared off members of Vegas4Lo from attending. So, it was just the two of us Jeepers that went on this first time three stop trail adventure. Neither of us knew what to expect.

We started off on the 95 and Mead Davis Power Road trail close to Keyhole Canyon, skirted along and cut through the El Dorado mountains to intersect with Six Mile Cove Road. We drove close to the end of Lake Mojave and hooked a left to get to the water. Hung out there for a while and ate lunch. Then, we packed up and continued further South on Mead Davis trail, skirted along and cut through the Spirit Mountain Wilderness to get to the Christmas Tree Pass trail and finished up on the 163 for a total of 61.5 miles. We started at 8 AM and I didn't get home to Las Vegas until around 2-2:30 with still more than half a tank of diesel.

Great day for sightseeing on the trails. Dirt road therapy is the best.
