Daimel was charged with possession of undersize grey snapper, possession of undersize schoolmaster snapper, over the bag limit of snapper, and over the aggregate bag limit of snapper. He pled no contest and was adjudicated guilty on all 4 charges. He was sentenced to 2 days in jail and 6 months of probation. He was also ordered to complete a Florida fishing regulations course and 24 hours of community service with the option to buy out and pay $298 in fines and fees. 5 months later, he satisfied all of the conditions and his probation was terminated.

Alberto was charged with possession of undersized grey snapper. He was sentenced to 6 months of probation and 24 hours of community service with the option to buy out. He was also ordered to complete He was also cited for fishing without a saltwater license and paid the $70.50 fine.
