The Junction Mall Interchange , also ngong road/ junction mall flyover, is a major flyover and road upgrade project at the busy junction of Ngong Road, Naivasha Road, and King’ara Road in Nairobi. Constructed by KURA with funding from the Spanish Corporate International Fund (FIEM), the project began in September 2024 and is expected to be completed by July 2027.

The interchange was designed to ease severe traffic congestion, separate through-traffic from local traffic, and improve safety for pedestrians and cyclists. It features an 800-metre elevated structure with multiple lanes above the junction, ground-level lanes for local access, pedestrian walkways, cycling paths, modern street lighting, and upgraded drainage.

Once complete, the interchange will reduce travel times, enhance traffic flow in Nairobi, and support the city during major events like AFCON 2027 at Talanta Sports City Stadium, ensuring smooth access for spectators, officials, and emergency services.
