Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia issues Executive Order No. 49, rationalizing the quarantine procedures for overseas Filipino workers and returning overseas Filipinos in light with the negative impact of typhoon Odette.
Under the new rules, only Cebuano OFWs and ROFs will be allowed entry to Cebu from Dec. 23, 2021 to Jan. 3, 2022.
