ALIVE is our own home-grown dance fitness class that's all about rediscovering yourself and what it means to truly feel alive through dance. You are always invited to move the way you need to in this class because dance can help you connect with others, yourself, your emotions, and your body.

Alchemy of Movement is a Dance Fitness studio for adults in Boulder, Colorado. Our motto? Dance for Joy. We're all about finding joy in the things that we've all kinda lost sight of the past couple years—friends so we can laugh & cry with each other, a reconnection to our own heart & soul so we can feel alive again, being vulnerable so we can grow, and keeping ourselves physically and mentally challenged so we can stay healthy for a long time!

It’s never too late to start dancing and welcome everyone. Nothing, your background, size, ethnicity, beliefs, awkwardness, intelligence should stop you from enjoying movement in your own body.

We're not really about having things perfect here. That's why you'll see us in our videos as ourselves—unaltered, in regular classes, with mess-ups and awkward moments. We don't do this for popularity, money or views. We do it just because we love dance and we love sharing joy with anyone who wants to be a part of it with us!

Also... because we're not doing this for money haha, we're not the most consistent... sorry!!! our bad :-p
