Easy Snack Cake Recipe - $1 Snack Cakes

75 g Butter (2/3 STICK)
25 g Oil (1 1/2 tbsp)
100g Sugar ( 1/2 cup)
2 Eggs
160g All Purpose Flour (1 cup + 1 tbsp)
2 tsp Baking Powder
120g Milk (1/2 cup)
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Salt

25g (3 tbsp) Cocoa Powder
3-4 tbsp Milk

Bake cakes anywhere between 12-15 minutes. Use a 7 or 8 inch pan.

Chocolate Icing Shell:

400 g (14 ounces) tempered White Chocolate ( or any chocolate you prefer)
2 tbsp Coconut Oil to thin it out.
