Cerebral palsy is heterogeneous group of disorders of movement and posture attributed to non-progressive disturbances in fetal or infant brain which cause limitations in activity.

Hemiplegia is the commonest form of cerebral palsy. Gait analysis alongside management and regional survey have been elucidated. Moreover, ankle equinus and total body involvement have been delineated.

DIAGNOSIS AND GAIT ANALYSIS
In the beginning, types of motor disorders have been presented. In addition to this, diagnosis before walking age and in later childhood has been explained. Furthermore, gait analysis alongside fixed VS flexible contracture has been discussed.

MANAGEMENT
