This region has been a well-known destination for family seaside holidays for decades. Miles of sandy beaches with the best water quality delight parents and children. The town of Santa Susanna is in the middle of this area, between the sea and the mountains. We combine our family vacation in Barcelona with a few days on the Costa Barcelona.

In the area of the beaches, hotels for family holidays and campsites have been established, a little further inland you will find the historic city center of Santa Susanna. It is characterized by numerous towers. They are spread all over the city and used to protect against pirates. The towers can be visited as part of guided tours, otherwise they can only be admired from the outside.
