Wind Priest has potential, but people are saying he is a more fragile hero. Some are also saying he isn't viable until awakening level 20. If he is one of your main heroes, it definitely couldn't hurt to invest in him a little. If you aren't serious upgrading Wind Priest, this is an excellent opportunity to collect awakening material and upgrade heroes. I will be spending mine on synergy groups to upgrade bond attributes.
