Taking a look at the Steinhart Ocean One Black Ceramic on a Nato strap.

This is an inexpensive nato strap that comes with two extra spring bars and a spring bar removal tool. Both extras were very helpful as you can leave the factory spring bars in the bracelet to hold in the end links. I have worn this strap everyday for about a month at work and in scuba training and have had no problems with it.
