How I Preserve My Veggies Using Vacuum Sealer | Tips on Arranging & Refrigerating Vegetables

It's our market day! I bought veggies and fruits at Marikina Public Market. This is when I have lots of things to do arranging and preserving the veggies I bought so it will last until my next market day. My goal is that no vegetables will be rotten or thrown away and will last until the day I use it. I am using a food vacuum sealer to preserve some of my veggies as well as freezing leafy vegetables to extend their lifespan. I have ways and tips on this video that might help you extend the life of your vegetables specially for housewives and mommies out there.
