Hostess Cupcake Cake MUKBANG! Birthday Cake Celebration! (Sugar Free + Gluten Free! 😱)

Today, I'm celebrating my birthday with a Hostess Cupcake CAKE! And guess what? It's sugar free AND gluten free, and it's still delicious! I used Good Dee's devils food cake mix for the cake, used their sugar substitute blend to make a homemade swiss meringue, and then made a chocolate ganache with dark chocolate sugar free chocolate chips! I sugar-free triumph and pretty easy on the eyes if I do say so myself! 😍 Links for the ganache + meringue recipe I used below, along with a link to Good Dee's so you can get the cake mixes and sugar sub blend for yourself if you'd like!

** note that the sugar free version is a bit less stable than its sugary counterpart and thus won't be as "sticky" as typical marshmallow fluff -- it's lighter and has more of the consistency of whipped cream!
