My Dog Gets Surgery

Over the past few months, Bom has had difficulty walking and was clearly bothered by her leg. We took her to the vet on several occasions, but he thought it would be okay if we gave her joint supplements as she had a low grade luxating patella. Unfortunately, after a few months, it looked like it was getting worse, so she needed to get luxating patella surgery. Luckily, after a few weeks of recovery, she is back to her old self (with a long coat of hair too since she couldn't get a haircut!). Since she got the surgery done early, she will no longer be in pain anymore either :). Has anyone else's dog needed a luxating patella surgery?
