The fully automatic laser filtration system for film recycling and pelletizing consists primarily of a belt conveyor, compactor,
single-screw extruder, screen changer, water ring pelletizing system, water trough, dehydrator, air conveying system, and silo.
This plastic film pelletizing machine integrates crushing, extrusion, and pelletizing, offering high efficiency and output.
This plastic film pelletizing line is suitable for PE, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, and other materials, completing the entire process from feeding, crushing, conveying, and pelletizing in one operation. The extruder can be equipped with or without vents depending on the material's characteristics. The pelletizing method utilizes water ring grinding and hot cutting. Customizable configurations are available. Laser filter screen changers or single-plate dual-station screen changers ensure zero downtime and a large filtration area.

Plastic Film Granulation Line Details:
Belt Conveyor:
The belt is made of PVC, the bracket is made of carbon steel, and the conveyor belt is equipped with a metal detector.
Extruder:
It consists of a reduction gearbox (high torque, low noise, and an external cooling system), a nitrided 38CrMoAlA screw, a nitrided 38CrMoAlA barrel, fan-cooled and controlled by a temperature controller, and a vacuum system.
Compactor cutter:
The rotating blades on the cutter head and the stationary blades on the wall cut the plastic material into small flakes. The heat generated by high-speed friction preheats and dries the flakes, causing them to shrink. This combined process of crushing, preheating, and compacting enables stable and efficient feeding of low-density plastics.
Water Ring Die Hot Cutting System:
The water ring pelletizing system, with variable-frequency controlled pelletizing speed, includes a hot cutter head, diverter cone, water ring hood, cutter head, cutter disc, and cutter bar.
Vibration Drying System (Optional):
The combination of an advanced vibrating screen and a horizontal centrifugal dewatering system provides high-performance drying of pellets with low energy consumption.
