The BIG move update.

To start, for those of you who my not be aware of all the AMAZING changes going on, let me catch you up to speed.

A couple months ago, Patrick Precourt: founder of the Cage and myself: Matt Bryers, agreed to join forces and bring together two of the best Jiu-Jitsu, Strength, Martial Arts and Fitness Gyms in CT… resulting in opportunity for our clients simply UNMATCHED in the state.

The classes and training we provide, through our dedicated and passionate coaches will essentially guarantee you an amazing, RESULTS-producing experience in Jiu-Jitsu, Strength, Martial Arts and Fitness.

Our Tribe of clients & friends (YOU) are simply amazing! We thank you all for your continued support and love throughout the years. You are what makes this truly special.

Now add to that the best in Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, TRX and Kettlebells… but we’re not done. Throw in a 13000 sq/ft facility, strategically designed to offer the most amazing training experiences, highly conducive to producing outrageous RESULTS!!!

And of course, that is in fact, our unique characteristic, what set us apart from the rest. We produce RESULTS!!

SO now that you are caught up to speed, here are the current updates.

The new build-out at 14 Alcap Ridge in Cromwell is coming along nicely. A lot still to do But still on target. We plan on being moved in for the first week of December.

The schedule for The Cage + JSA will be updated regularly on the Cage FACEBOOK page. Please check in regularly to stay updated.   / ctcage  

Starting Thanksgiving day, there will be DAILY changes to the schedule. (see below)

New pricing - There will in fact be new pricing for 2018. *** ALL CURRENT MEMBERS will be GRANDFATHERED into your current services. That is correct, we will honor your current pricing for all the services we currently provide.

Schedule update.

Thanksgiving schedule. We will be open on Thursday (Thanksgiving) and Fri (Black Friday) from 8-12. See facebook page for specific schedule   / ctcage  

Nov 24 - Nov 30 will have limited changes to the regular schedule and we will post on Facebook but each night prior.   / ctcage  

We will be CLOSED Nov 30th and Dec 1 to orchestrate the final stage of the big move.

Doors will be open at our new location to our current members on Saturday, Dec 2, 2017.
