Juliette had several terrifying experiences of sexual abuse - as a young child, a teenager, and as a young woman. As she started doing Dr Joe's work to heal her emotional trauma, she found that she could not do his guided Blessing of the Energy Centers meditation without extreme resistance and emotional pain. Juliette finally made the commitment to really go all in with this meditation, knowing it could help her immensely. With the guidance of one of Dr Joe's event team leaders, she decided to add a session of "heart coherence" breathing at the end of the meditation...with very beautiful and healing results.

Note: This breathing technique is very easy to learn, and is based on the work and research of the HeartMath Institute. Dr. Joe has had a research partnership with the HeartMath Institute for many years.
