I have many days where I wake up very early but I'd have nothing to show for it even 6 hours later. This was one such day and by 11.30 am, I decided to take some measures to motivate myself again and salvage my day.

The goal was to ensure that at the end of the day, I would have studied for at least 7-8 hours productively, even though I wasted so much time in the morning.
