How To Link AdSense To Your YouTube Channel

You may have recently gotten an email from YouTube. You may have even gotten one directly from your MCN if you are partnered with one. The point of this email is to inform you that you must now link an adsense account with your youtube channel. This is a standard practice that allows YouTube to pay you if you are a part of the YPP. Creators who are either already partnered with MCNs or who are eligible to join the YouTube Partner Program (YPP) directly through YouTube must link adsense through YouTube as well. This is to make things like transitioning or leaving MCNs and Partnering directly with YouTube an easier transition so that you don't lose out on money earned during that transition.

This is not an option... It is now a requirement. One that must be met by January 1st, 2021. If you fail to link your adsense account before then, there is a good chance that you may lose the ability to earn money on YouTube. So I made this walkthrough to help you out.
