1 cup Semolina
1 cup poha
1 cup curd
Water as required
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 sachet eno
For Tadka
1 tsp mustard seeds
7-9 curry leaves
1 tsp oil/ghee
For masala
1 tsp oil/ghee
2 green chilies
1 onion
1 capsicum
