LIVING LIKE A 19TH CENTURY NOBLEWOMAN - How they lived in 1800 - Historical Reenactment - Victorian

Hi everybody, today we're going to pretend we're GENTLEMAN AND LADIES of the 19th century!
We're going to have a picnic on the grass, a walk in the park of an ancient villa, and then in the evening we are invited to a great ball!
My name is Aurora and I'm here with my husband Fabiano and my parents, we are getting ready for this unique day.

Let's dress up with stunning century ball gowns, similar to the ones they used in 1850.
These costumes are handsawn by my mother, with genuine laces and fabrics inspired to the ones they used in 1800.
Fabiano and my father are dressed up like two noble gentlemen of the 19th century.

We are going to visit Villa Papafava, which is located on the hills in the province of Padova (northern Italy) and we will do a picnic in the "Frassanelle" Park.

These historical reenactments are very fun and have also a cultural purpose: before participating you should study fashion and uses of a particular era, and then do your best to act like a real character from that period.

We will have a walk in the romantic park to discover all its secrets: the orangery, the caves, the temple...

In the evening there will be a great ball, with 19th century costumes and dances from the same period.
