Wir fliegen in den Familienurlaub auf Kreta! Diese Woche verlassen wir das Wohnmobil, und wir fliegen nach Kreta (Griechenland). Vom Flughafen von Heraklion geht es sofort weiter Richtung Elounda, unweit von Agios Nikolaos, in den Nordosten Kretas. Da kann unser all-in Urlaub auf Kreta mit der Familie wirklich anfangen. Wir haben das ‘Elounda Water Park Residence Hotel’ gebucht, das auf den Hügeln von Elounda liegt. Von diesem Hotel aus hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Bucht von Elounda und auf die Insel Spinalonga.

Es ist unglaublich, was man alles im Elounda Water Park Residence Hotel machen kann. Sowie der Namen schon sagt, gibt es einen Hoteleigenen Wasserpark, der nur den Hotelgästen vorgesehen ist. Das ist wirklich klasse, die Kinder hatten da soviel Spass. Es gibt aber auch noch 2 weiteren Pools, wo man einfach ruhig schwimmen kann, ohne vom Wasserpark gestört zu werden. Neben den Wasseraktivitäten im Elounda Water Park Residence Hotel, kann man hier auch noch Fussball spielen, Tennis spielen, und es gibt einen ganzen Kinderclub, in dem die Kinder stundenlang spielen können. Und man kann sich ganz bequem Fahrräder ausborgen bei ‘Martin’s Bikes’, der im Elounda Water Park Residence Hotel mit drinnen ist.

We are flying on a family vacation in Crete! This week we are leaving the camper and we are flying to Crete (Greece). From the airport of Heraklion we go straight on towards Elounda, not far from Agios Nikolaos, in the north-east of Crete. This is where our all-inclusive family vacation on Crete can really begin. We booked the ‘Elounda Water Park Residence Hotel’, which is located on the hills of Elounda. From this hotel you have a wonderful view of the bay of Elounda and the island of Spinalonga.

It's amazing what you can do at Elounda Water Park Residence Hotel. As the name suggests, there is an on-site water park reserved for hotel guests only. That's really great, the kids had so much fun there. But there are also 2 other pools where you can just swim quietly without being disturbed by the water park. In addition to the water activities at the Elounda Water Park Residence Hotel, you can also play football, play tennis, and there is a whole kids' club where the kids can play for hours. And you can easily borrow bikes from ‘Martin’s Bikes’, which is inside the Elounda Water Park Residence Hotel.
