The pagoda was bustling with villagers from all around, gathered to offer prayers, share food, and celebrate this important Cambodian tradition. Throughout the morning, we immersed ourselves in the spiritual atmosphere, observing how deeply woven this ceremony is into the daily life of the local community.

After the ceremony, we drove through the village, capturing glimpses of everyday rural life—farmers tending to their fields, children playing, and families going about their routines. This journey provided a heartfelt look at the close-knit culture and the simple joys that define life in Cambodia’s countryside.
