A few months ago my sister recommended that I gave the soundtrack of Neo The World Ends With You a listen and this song stood out to me instantly! So a few months ago I decided that I would start working on a cover for it, I was originally thinking about performing my own vocals for this cover however I wasn't confident enough in my vocal ability to do the vocals for this track so I decided to change it to an instrumental version. As you can see it didn't turn out like that as I thought the cover seemed a bit boring without the vocals which I feel like are the most important part of the song so I decided to get in touch with Matthew Guerra and he was kind enough to lend his voice to the cover! Matthew did a great job with the vocals and I thouroughly enjoyed working with him on this cover! It gave me my first experience mixing vocals as well which I found really interesting.
