Super Cool Fire Hands Effect (Adobe After Effects)

Hey guys this is a really cool motion reactant flame, fire hands VFX/ special effect that I made with Adobe After Effects CC. I used the same principle as in my previous fire hands videos in which I applied tracking data to a null object, parented it to the fire stock footage, duplicated the null and offset all the keyframes on the second duplicate by two frames. Then I used the distance between the two null objects and some expressions to get the fire to bend realistically. I filmed myself on a green screen so I could have a rotoscoped version of myself to use for the lighting. To get the lighting right I created a white solid and parented it to the original null object. Then I created a luma matte using that solid and the rotoscoped version of me.
