INGREDIENTS
1 cup cooking oil
1 medium onion - sliced
1 1/2 tbs garlic paste
1/2kg mutton mince
2 roughly chopped tomatoe
1 tbs red chilli powder
1 tsp tumeric powder
1 1/2 tbs dry coriander powder
1 tsp salt
200g cauliflower
1 tbs dry fenugreek
1/2 cup water
Julienne sliced ginger
1/2 tsp hot spiced powder (garam masala powder)
Roughly chopped coriander
2-3 green Chillies
