Smithfield man assists allegedly kidnapped elderly woman that knocks on his door

Jeff Mansi from Smithfield has lived on the same street for almost 40 years, but early Saturday morning, he was stunned when his door bell rang. “I couldn’t believe it, no-one ever knocks on my door,” said Mansi. “You see a lot of things, but you never think you’re going to see something like that.”
