HP DV5 1002NR Problem - Seeking Help

I've Been Having Issues With This Laptop, Where It Sometimes Boots Up And Other Times It Doesn't. I Just Want To Have A Good Nice And Working Laptop With No Issues(Who Doesn't).

I Have Been Searching All Over The Web For Help And Support For This Issue But Have Found None. I Know That I'm Not The Only One Experiencing This Problem.

If You Can See In The Video, Everytime I Try To Turn It On, All I Get Is A Blank Screen (The Monitor Doesn't Start) And An LED Light Flashing Next The CAPS LOCK Key And Scroll Key. It Just Keeps On Flashing Till I Manually Turn It Off Myself.

This Is Bu****it, HP Should At Least Do A Recall Of The These Defective Products To Show That They At Least Care About Their Products And Their Customer's Experience With Them.

If Any One Can Help Or Recommend Something To Fix It That Would Be Great, But I'm Looking For A Permanent Fix. I Don't Want To Buy Another Laptop, Why Should I Have To Buy Another One If It's Their Fault That They're Selling Products To Their Customers That Are Bound To Fail.

If Anyone Can Find A Permanent Solution To This Besides Getting A New One, Having To Replace Motherboard, Other Hardware Components, I'd Greatly Appreciate It.
