Full game walkthrough of the Sega Genesis / Mega Drive version of Shin Seikimatsu Kyūseishu Densetsu: Hokuto no Ken / 新世紀末救世主伝説 北斗の拳, lit. "Fist of the North Star: The New Legend of the Post-Apocalyptic Messiah" (Sega 1989), best know as Last Battle outside Japan. The Japanese version of this game was based on the manga series Hokuto no Ken (The First of the North Star) so you can see some graphical differences compared to the western version. Also, this version is much more bloody and gore.
