INGREDIENTS (Serves 6)
700ml Beef Stock
1.2kg Potatoes (double this if you like a thicker potato topping)
Cheese, grated to melt on the top
100g Bacon, diced
100g Chopped Onions
500g Beef Mince
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Garlic Granules
1 tsp Italian Herbs
1/2 tsp Basil
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
200g Frozen Sweatcorn
2 Carrots, diced
1 Celery Stick, diced (optional)
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce (optional - I forgot to put in!)
Gravy Granuals to thicken the sauce if needed
Splash of Red wine (optional)
Butter & Cream/Milk for mashing the potatoes
