Nowadays we are able to model the complex and denser electronic and electrical circuits and systems. With increase in signal-speeds and decreasing feature sizes, HF effects become the important in electronic systems. Highly detailed systems are extremely large models, to ensure sufficient accuracy in simulations. The simulation has increased very much as they require high accuracy and verification’s. The best way to deal with such systems is to reducing the circuits while preserving the dynamics. Hence, Model Order Reduction is very important in circuit domain, and luckily we have many achievements in linear circuits and the complex nature of nonlinear phenomena makes nonlinear model order reduction a challenging area.
