Big Arrangement In My Village. About 120 KG Or 120 Pieces Elephant Apple pickle prepared by my village 11-12 women.

Elephant Apple called in Bengali "Chalta or Chulta". More than 120 KG Chalta Achar making by women and serve to village kids and then serve to all village women and men.

We have collect more than 120 pieces big big size Elephant Apple from tree and then process it and making pickle.

Elephant Apple pickle is very tasty & delicious village food specially to women. Women & kids love it very much.

We used 7 KG Sugar & 0.5 Kg Red chili powder and Panch phoron (পাঁচ ফোড়ন) & cardamom & cinemom powder and garlic & red chili with oil.

I have added ingredient English recipe with the video.
