Thai Dishes from cooking course at a Bangkok University, tutors included the famous Thai chef, Chumpol Jangprai. The results are extremely beautiful Thai food with an emphasis on presentation, colour, balance, and of course delicate fruit and vegetable carvings.
Some say Vegetable carving appeared in Thailand during the Loi Kratong festival in the 14th century.
