Witchfire performance: RTX 4090/4080 Super vs RX 7900 XTX, RTX 4070 vs 7900 GRE, RTX 4060 vs 7600 XT

I've tested performance in Witchfire with seven popular AMD and Nvidia GPUs, at 1080p medium and ultra settings, 1440p ultra, and 4K ultra. I also tested 4K ultra with DLSS and FSR2 upscaling, and DLSS framegen as well (which didn't really help at all). Benchmarked hardware consists of the RTX 4090, RTX 4080 Super, RTX 4070, and RTX 4060 from Nvidia; from AMD, I tested the RX 7900 XTX, 7900 GRE, and 7600 XT.
